Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products. Including but not limited to international destinations, residential addresses, and PO Boxes. We reserve the right to adjust the price and terms of shipping.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. In addition, shipping and product rates are subject to change. We reserve the right to pass along any increased shipping or product costs to the customer. In the event the changes are not acceptable to the customer the customer has the right to cancel the order.

In the event the customer fails to agree to the price change, Tractor Zone will cancel the order and refund any monies collected.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund less any applicable restocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an incorrect or defective item. However, if the return is not a result of receipt of an incorrect or defective item you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as charged for a restocking fee of 25-100%.

Most refunds are made between two to four weeks from receipt of the return by us.
